Briefing |
The group feeling is strengthened by discussing each other’s anxieties and expectations. The flight is prepared together with the psychologists. |
90 minutes before the flight |
Check-in |
Together with your fellow participants you check in and proceed to the gate. |
Departure time |
Outward flight |
Flight accompanied by a therapist. Normally a flight of about 90 minutes is chosen. |
Between flights |
Intermediary evaluation |
At the airport of destination there will be about half an hour to prepare the return flight and analyze the anxieties experienced on the outward flight. |
Arrival time |
Return flight |
You return to Brussels. Your therapist is still with you, but you should now be ready to do this on your own. |
After the flight

How did you experience the return flight and what were your problems? Discussion with your therapist and fellow participants, followed by a drink. |
